JAQ1  - 用于GPVI分析的多用途抗体

德国emfret公司生产的单克隆抗体JAQ1与血小板胶原受体GPVI反应。一方面，其抑制胶原诱导的小鼠血小板聚集，而通过第二抗体交联JAQ1诱导血小板活化和聚集。 JAQ1可用于免疫沉淀，丙酮固定冷冻切片的免疫组织化学分析，免疫荧光染色和非还原条件下的Western印迹分析。

JAQ1 - THE multipurpose antibody for analysis of GPVI

The monoclonal antibody JAQ1 reacts with the platelet collagen receptor GPVI. On the one hand, it inhibits collagen-induced aggregation of mouse platelets, whereas cross-linking of JAQ1 by a secondary antibody induces platelet activation and aggregation.

JAQ1 can be used for immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemical analysis of acetone-fixed frozen sections, immunofluorescent staining, and Western blot analysis under non-reducing condtions.
